FAQ’s for Guests
What hours are you open and how can we contact you?
We are open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm on Saturdays. Our office number is 01273 640281 and we can also be reached via email at [email protected].
Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels?
All of our homes come with a full set of sheets and towels for you to use so you do not need to bring your own. If you are staying near the beach, we do recommend that you pack a beach towel as these are not always available in our holiday lets.
Do we have to bring our own amenities?
We do provide a starter pack of amenities so that you don’t have to worry about heading to the shops upon arrival. This pack includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, bin liner, shampoo and conditioner. If you are staying longer than a couple of days, we have located the nearest shop to your holiday let. These locations can be found in the tablet provided at the property.
Can we check in early or check out late?
We will do what we can to accommodate you for an early check-in or late check-out at your chosen property though this may not always be available. If you would like to make a request for an early check-in or a late check-out then you can do so by sending us an email at [email protected] or submit the late check-out request through the tablet at the property.
What do we need to do before check out?
We want to make your check out process as simple as we can. Before you check out, please make sure that all the windows and doors are closed and locked, furniture is moved back to its original position and the rubbish is taken to the designated bins.

Smart Locks are by far, one of the most useful technologies on the market for holiday lets. They are the safest and most reliable method of securing your property for both guests and owners. Some of the benefits of using smart locks include:
Efficient & cost-effective Smart locks remove the need for physical keys, removing any chance of keys being lost, having to change the locks, or re-cutting new keys. This saves time, hassle and money.
Simple and more secure Automatically generates unique codes for each guest check-in, denying access once the guest checks out. Your guests can arrive any time after check-in, enter their code, and let themselves in. It’s that simple!
Trackable Smart Locks also keep a log of which codes are used to enter and exit your property, in case of any issues.
Adaptable to suit your needs They also create unique codes for cleaning and maintenance teams, giving them access to the property which can be retracted once they stop working on your property. If you have your own guests staying at the property, either give them your own master code (at your discretion), or we can generate an additional code for them.

No cleaning fees for property owners
We do not charge our owners a cleaning fee for our guest stays.
The cleaning fee we charge is a pass-through cost from the guest directly to our cleaning team.
We will arrange for your property to be cleaned thoroughly after each guest and will pay our cleaning team directly.
As an owner, you are not responsible for the cleaning unless you stay at your holiday let.
Laundry services included
We will launder the sheets and towels used by guests at your property after each stay so they will be clean for each new arrival.
Regular maintenance throughout the year
We have a regular property maintenance service to ensure your property is taken care of regularly throughout the year. However, when maintenance issues arise outside of these times, we will employ our maintenance service on an hourly basis.
Should you have any additional requests for maintenance, we would be happy to take care of this on your behalf.
Styling and furnishing support
If you need help furnishing or decorating your property, we can also help. Our team is qualified in interior design and would be happy to help in furnishing your property. We have had some excellent experience in furnishing many holiday lets for our clients in the past and know exactly what works best for a holiday let.
